About the Cooketier

Today we offer a new recipe with the Cooketier. « The Truffle Egg ». both refined and flavorful, the truffle is and will remain the noblest product in the world of haute cuisine. In this recipe we will show you how to combine a wonderful product such as truffle with other ingredients, to create a tasty and easy to make entry.

List of ingredients

For 4 guests:

– 200g fresh cream 35%

– 80g Fresh or sterilized truffle

– 80g Zucchini

– 4 Fresh eggs size 60g

– 50g Clarified butter

– Fleur de sel, White ground pepper and wild Voantsy Perifery pepper

– Cooketier (or more)

– Cookal elixir for Cooketier

The recipe step-by-step

 

Step 1:

Dice the truffle slices.

Step 2:

Dice the zucchinis with the green skin, marinate in olive oil and ground pepper, fleur de sel.

Step 3:

Mount the glass cup, butter the inside, pour around 3 cm of fresh cream, salt and wild pepper, 50g of truffle and zucchini.

Step 4:

Add an egg, wild pepper and fleur de sel, some drops of olive oil. Close the cap. Always keep 1.5cm empty on top of the glass cup.

Step 5:

Pour 5ml of flavoured Cookal distillate inside the base and light it with a long lighter.
